The new Turning Point Action App

Turning Point Action has released a new app that makes it easy for anybody to help Republican candidates get elected. It is called TPACTION and can be downloaded and used for free.

It locates Republican voters near you and allows you to contact them via door knocking, calling, texting and sending postcards … all from your own mobile device! It pre-selects Republicans for you so a campaign can’t specify what voters they want to target but that might not be important if enough volunteers are using it to reach out to all Republican voters.

I have found this app to be intuitive and easy to use once you get past a few startup hurdles. I developed a simple step by step tutorial to help new users get started. The images in the tutorial are actual screen captures from my phone. They are best viewed directly on your phone. If you want to view the tutorial on your desktop computer, please narrow your screen browser to get the crispest images.

To anybody who would like to help but is not ready to officially sign on as a volunteer, please consider using this app to reach out to nearby Republicans. If enough of us reach out like this we can have a great impact on our elections!
